It is a company that developed as a natural progress from d.o.o. ,,LIPA’’ Cetinje, Montenegro, with the idea to focus on Architecture and Urban Planning. There is a considerable amount of commercial and residential projects that have been completed as well as detail development urban planning projects with area regeneration (for tourism or other purposes). We are capable of seeing the projects through all phases of design from conception to completion. We employ young enthusiasts, professionals with desire to contribute to contemporary architecture with exciting talent. They are guided by experienced architects and urban planners with great hands on experience in design as well as on site. Our philosophy is to stream forward, be creative, new and innovative but at the same time to have a respect for local tradition and surrounding. We create positive and friendly atmosphere which helps us to develop interesting projects and makes relationship with our clients a very pleasant and positive experience.
