Our first product is Mottra Caviar, the first caviar house in the world to milk sturgeons for their caviar instead of killing them. Sturgeons live in controlled and enclosed space that mimics nature, feed on the best quality food and swim in Artesian water that's sourced from a well 150 meters deep and yet filtered to ensure no contaminants are present. Our fish do not have any interaction with the outside world and especially birds which transport diseases. Therefore we do not treat our sturgeons with antibiotics or any other medication. Our product is of premium quality, made in the Malossol tradition, non GMO and loved by celebrities and chefs around the world. Update 2020: We expanded and we have our own label as well as Mottra Caviar. Le Mont Caviar features Royal Oscietra Caviar and Imperial Kaluga Hybrid Caviar. We also provide Salmon Ikura Roe and Beluga Caviar for special orders. We also have Premium Jams and Condiments, Chocolate, Wines and more.
